This is a legal agreement between you (the user) and me (Çağrı Gökpunar, the developer of Repomance). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Repomance on any mobile device that you personally own or control. The app is free to download and use with its base features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Premium Purchase
Optional premium features are available through a one-time purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your app store account (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play account) at the confirmation of purchase.
- Lifetime Access: This is a one-time purchase that grants you access to premium features for the lifetime of the app.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app.
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.
- Use the app for any commercial purposes without my express written permission.
4. Ownership
I retain full ownership of the source code, design, and all intellectual property rights related to Repomance. You are licensed to use the app, but the rights to the software itself remain mine.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Repomance is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. I have made every effort to ensure the app is stable and useful, but I cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or work perfectly in all situations.
6. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for any loss of data, financial information, or productivity, nor for any damages incurred through the use or misuse of Repomance. You use the app at your own risk.
7. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device. Your license will terminate automatically, without notice from me, if you violate any of the terms of this agreement.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
